Från detta rum når du de två sovrummen, ett av dem mycket rymligt och med utgång till terrassen, samt badrummet (med fönster) som även det har renoverats med dusch och skärm.
Terrassen är "juvelen i kronan", den är rymlig och har fri utsikt över havet från två olika områden: på avstånd ser vi havet i Torrevieja-området och i det andra, mycket närmare, havet i Playa de Prima Point.
Den har en perfekt orientering för att ta emot ljus på morgonen, men inte värmen på eftermiddagen. Det är en fräsch och ljus lägenhet.
Det finns parkeringsplats, byggnaden har hiss och ligger i en urbanisering med lekplatser och trädgårdar och med direkt tillgång till Prima Beach. Denna strand har, förutom att ha ett fantastiskt läge och tillgång, en hiss, vilket är sällsynt.

Upon entering the apartment we find a very spacious and bright living-dining room with access to the terrace, a renovated open kitchen and a laundry area. From this room you can access the two bedrooms, one of them very spacious and with access to the terrace, and the bathroom (with window) which has also been renovated with a shower and screen.
The terrace is the “jewel in the crown”, it is spacious and has clear views of the sea from two different areas: in the distance we see the sea in the Torrevieja area and in the other, much closer, the sea of Playa de Prima Point.
It has a perfect orientation to receive light in the morning, but not the heat of the afternoon. It is a fresh and bright apartment.
